Once a healer, now a bringer of pestilence, he preserves the Death Guard through blasphemous craft. Cloaked in tattered robes and armed with bone saw and injector, he walks amidst carnage, harvesting organs for foul alchemy. His presence spreads dread, for where he tends the fallen, the gifts of Nurgle fester ever stronger.
