Once mortal jesters, cursed by Nurgle’s mirth, they now caper with swollen bellies and pestilent flutes, their every tune spreading madness and rot. Clad in patchwork rags, with a daemon’s leer and dripping pustules, they sow both horror and hilarity. Wherever the Bilepiper plays, foes are undone by dread and allies surge with the delirium of the Plague God’s grotesque joy.
