Draped in ritual adornments and crowned by the celestial wheel, he guides the Seraphon with visions carved from the fabric of time itself. Each word he utters bends fate, steering allies toward triumph and enemies toward ruin. On the battlefield, his presence is more than mortal, for when the Starseer raises his staff, the stars themselves seem to turn against the foe.
