Flaming skulls, gnashing maws, spectral blades and shadow-forged mirrors drift across the battlefield, each a fragment of sorcerous power made flesh. Legends speak of spells so violent they gained will of their own, cursing all who draw near. To witness them is to behold living nightmares, and when unleashed in war, they twist fate itself, sowing terror and annihilation with every arcane surge.
